Prior to joining Meadow Valley, he held Vice President of Operations and Administration positions for companies in Honolulu, HI and Rancho Mirage, CA. David received his Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from California State Polytechnic University in Pomona, CA. and his Certified Public Accountant’s certificate from the State of California.
